Greetings!

Do you want to know how I stay so healthy each Fall and Winter?

Want to know what I do when I am not feeling so well?

I am happy to share it all with you on a free zoom call on Tuesday October 22nd from 6pm-6:45pm.

I have been working with plants for over 2 decades to heal my self, family and clients. I use aromatherapy on a daily basis to heal physically, spiritually and mentally.

I remember when my son was born over 24 years ago and each year I attend the Women's Herbal Conference with so many of the great herbalists of our time; including Kate Gilday, Jeannine Pavarti Baker and Rosemary Gladstar. I was so excited to hear about their life experience healing their communities and beyond with plant medicine.

I now see myself as a resource for those who want to heal and want to use plants to do it. After over 2 and a half decades of working with women through pregnancy, birth and beyond I have gathered quite a bit of inner wisdom. I have been teaching classes, workshops and events in my community and I want to offer this free class for you to find out more about how I trust plants to support my health!
